Mina loves climbing; stretching her limits, exploring movement, and immersing in the experience. So what happens when she adds a baby to the mix? “When you’re climbing it is very all-encompassing, and that’s part of the joy of it. I absolutely LOVE being a mama but it’s also challenging to have that level of involvement and look after a child at the same time.” Being a mother has challenged Mina with finding a whole new kind of balance.
